Welcome to Aprofile. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Aprofile ("us", "we", or "our").

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Income Tax Department or the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. We provide guidance to use official portals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our mobile application, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Aprofile is a platform that connects users with support for PAN and RTO services including:

• New PAN applications
• PAN correction or update
• PAN reprint and e-PAN access
• Driving license services via Sarathi
• Vehicle registration services via VAHAN
• Other RTO services like fitness, permits, or tax guidance

We act as an intermediary platform and do not directly provide these services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

• You may only have one account per person
